We went for a nice long walk to our favourite pub and back - and the amount of flowers out was surprising. But these were just amazing. 🙂^^^^ omg so far ahead of us. I have not even seen any crocus or squill popping up in the lawns.
It’s sad to see the plaster go in those old homes while acknowledging it’s hard to avoid for one reason or another. Several decades ago, we looked at a Victorian home where most of the plaster was ready to come down by it’s own accord and I’ll assume the only place where plaster might be reconsidered would be restoration of a historical property And a budget to do so.My 1860s place came with so much air conditioning we demolished the plaster and lath in favor of sheetrock (and INSULATION).
