A friend’s lil’ relative got dinosaur slippers one Christmas. Every step produced a loud roar, the kid loved them!

Must have been lousy quality, though, the sound part was broken the very next day, reducing them to regular slippers! 😜

I've got a new cat now. She showed up on my breezeway one cold night, frantic, and hungry. Someone had obviously abandoned her in the neighborhood.

I've named her Salmon. She is a doof.

Spring finally hit the Catskills. After two sunny days in a row,

1) daffodils surged into bloom. Here today, likely gone by next week.

2) ants started sending scouts. Their failure to return won't deter the rest for long.
